EcoChallenge 2012

Alysa Rose

No takeout food for the two weeks of the ecochallenge. This includes work day lunches and family meals at home. Idea is to limit all the packaging/trash created with take out and also to eat healthier and save money.

So far so good. I have eaten out several times but no take out so limiting packaging waste. The neighborhood salad bar at Montgomery Park has compostable containers for salad vs. resuseable dishes so maybe that was lapse on Monday.
