My 2011 EcoChallenge will fall under the category of sustainable food options. My goal is to make my food that would make me purchase plastic containers. Things such as sour cream, butter, whip topping, and yogurt. So I will not buy anything in plastic containers. I plan to utilize my garden to sustain my vegetation diet. I plan to master canning fruits and pickle vegetable.
I picked this challenge because it forces me to complete my garden projects. I am very interested in making all my food and how to store vegetables from my garden.
I hope to inspire others!
